I think jail should have room for unforgivable offenses child molesters,mental & physical abusers,murderers -spoiled rich brats should pay heavily from there pocket, mandatory rehab 6 month minimum take away there $ and time they r not thankful for &physical continue same cycle until broke &physical working 9-5 like the rest of us

Of the two that you mentioned, one liners could have sufficed. "Charlie Sheen...still crazy after all these years, gives it to the man" and Lindsay, well, she was accused of stealing a necklace...pay the piper. None of us would serve much time for that either. As far as alcohol and drug use, 130 million people in the US drink alcohol, and according to the DEA, 12.5 million have used illegal drugs in the last month, and possibly 40 million in the last year...so, whats so whats the surprise? Its time for it to end, there is too much time to fill in the news with important issues than wasting time telling us about Chuck and the hottie.
