Marcellus Shale Drilling in West Virginia; Good for WV and the surrounding areas or not worth the potential risk to the environment? What do you think?

People who say that the Marcellus does not create WV jobs must be living under a rock . just because there are some companies from out of state with the expertise to do this work ,who buy thousands of dollars of parts and equipment and fill our otherwise empty motels and do not forget the hundreds of related jobs in the trucking, construction, stone, concrete businesses. My company alone has hired many jobless people just to keep up with the shale work. SAVE our state and our country get the EPA out the white house and out of our state business.

I am not really sure about the environmental impact of drilling but one thing I do know is that its not creating any job ls that I know of unless of course you are from out of state!! I find it very hard to believe that the skilled workers from West Virginia cant do the jobs that are being done by out of state workers!!! Its not right that all of the high paying jobs go to someone that could care less about WV!!!

this drilling is not worth the risk and they don't hire local and you can't repair the envirment after they leave
